How big is the box?

Length: 2.4m, Width: 2.2m - Height: 2.2m (adjustable)  - Depth: 1m

Will my car fit underneath it?

It sure will. Almost every type of car front will fit underneath our boxes. 

How does it protect my stuff?

Each box is sturdy, made out of aluminium, and features a secure lock and key. Our boxes meet all local fire regulation standards.

How do I get approval from my building manager?

We’ll handle that for you. Simply give us the building managers details and we'll contact them on your behalf to sort out the approval and paperwork. 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere in the Brisbane region and 100km surrounding. If you live elsewhere, please contact us for a custom delivery request. 

Does the box have a warranty?

A 5 year warranty applies to all our boxes. If you’re leasing a box and there’s a defect, please contact us within 30 days. 

What if I cancel my rental agreement?

If you need to end your contract earlier than expected, please contact our team and we’ll arrange for your box to be collected. A cancellation fee may apply, up to AUD $249 +GST.

Are there any items I cannot put in the box?

No gas tanks, explosive devices, your in-laws, or anything that’s over 500KG.

Are there any other fees?

Our fees are simple:

• $99 Deposit.  (renting only)

• $99 Delivery fee. (renting only)

• $249 contract early cancellation fee.
